What is CoolCage’s T-Shirt Exchange Policy?
If you are unsatisfied with the product you’ve received or need a size change, you can initiate a return request on our Whatsapp number
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them. Once verified, we will give you a refund for the value of the returned products.
Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of delivery.
I have received an incorrect or defective product. How should I proceed?
If you’ve received an incorrect or defective product, please request a return on our Whatsapp number and specify the error or defect in your order.
In case of a wrong product, please raise a return request or notify us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. For damaged or defective products, providing a video of the unboxing process will expedite the resolution.
If you haven’t received your order but received an email or SMS indicating its delivery, please inform us within 48 hours by emailing email@example.com.
What quality checks are performed on returned products?
Returned products are checked to ensure they are in the same unused condition as when shipped. Clothing items with tags must have their brand tags intact. Products with removed tags indicate usage and will not be eligible for returns.
What is the timeline for the return process?
After requesting a return, we will arrange for a pickup from your address. Reverse Pickup is available only for specific pin codes supported by our courier partners. Prepare the product(s) for pickup. After receiving and verifying the products, we will credit your account within 7-10 working days from the date of the return request.
What if Reverse Pickups aren’t available for my pin code?
For unsupported pin codes, please self-ship the product to us.
How can I self-ship the products?
Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit. Ensure items are unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Send the couriered product(s) to:

Can I receive a refund in my bank account?
Yes for prepaid orders, refunds can be issued as credits in your original Bank Account, Card, or Wallet used for payment. Bank transfers must be requested within 7 days of return delivery.
Can I return specific products from a larger order?
Partial returns are possible, but any applied discounts, coupons, or combo offers won’t be considered for these returns.
Which products are ineligible for returns/exchanges?
Print-on-demand items such as Coffee Mugs, Polyester Tshirt, and Cotton T-shirts can’t be returned or exchanged and items under special promotions where no returns are specified.

Can I get a prepaid order refund upon cancellation?
Yes, prepaid orders can be refunded upon cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Is there a limit to returns on the same product?
A product can’t be returned more than twice. We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of abuse.
